Fremo
Team Atlas has developed an innovative farming robot named ‘Frimo.’ This autonomous robot boasts a variety of features. It is equipped with a cutter that can easily trim paddy and grass, and it also handles threshing. Frimo can be controlled remotely, either via remote control or through software and apps.
The robot includes three automatic devices for seeding, allowing farmers to set the amount and timing of sowing. Additionally, Frimo can autonomously spray fertilizers, pesticides, or other liquids once its tank is filled. After harvesting, the robot can transport rice or crops, carrying up to 40 kg at a time.
Frimo also has the capability to record and store data about the grain yield from a field, such as pH levels, temperature, and sunlight exposure. This data is sent to the local agriculture office monthly. Powered by solar energy, Frimo helps reduce power consumption while efficiently performing its tasks.
